At DailyShining, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their jewelry purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund option according to the policy below.

30-Days Return & Full Refund

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, DailyShining will provide a full refund of the product purchase price.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and without any signs of wear or damage.
• The original packaging, jewelry box, certificates (if included), and accessories must be returned together with the product.
• Customers must contact DailyShining before sending any item back to receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, DailyShining will cover the return shipping cost after your return request has been approved.

Please contact our customer service team before returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, customization, and product protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use.
• Items missing original packaging, certificates, or accessories.
• Custom-made jewelry, personalized products, or specially customized orders.
• Products that have been resized, modified, repaired, or adjusted after delivery.
• Returns requested after the 30-day return period.
• Items returned without contacting DailyShining or without following the return instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
